Do most clubs work with a specific officiating organization, or is it more of a local network/word-of-mouth process

Most Clubs have their Goto Guys/Girls to use as Referees. There is quite a bit of training involved with the various governing bodies. Unbeleivable, many of these Event Organizers actually travel their best referees to various destinations to make sure they have quality refs
