Most events have partnerships with vendors whether its through sponsorship or just want to make sure there fans have a good all around experience. You will need to check with your specific event operator

would you know if Vendors only accept cash?
Will there be places for siblings to hang out ?
Most Events are usually held at High Schools, Parks or Sports Complexes. Usually Family and Friends from each team generally are hanging out together. Some Event Organizers have Sponsors that offer things to do but typically it is just a nice day in the park, so enjoy
Do clubs usually need to supply their own scorekeepers at S34T-hosted tournaments, or are they provided on-site?

S34T Connect is the platform for Event Organizers. We do not actually put on the events. We handling their Digital Ticket efforts and in 1st Qtr 2026, we are launching S34T Connect which will also include Registration, Scheduling and Payments. If you are asking if EO’s supply Scorekeepers, it also depends on the sport. For Basketball, I would say Yes for 7v7 and Flag, there are too many games going on at the same time

QR Codes Posted: Print and place your A-frames or posters with the ticketing QR codes at all entry points.
Staff Access: Make sure gate and parking attendants have their logins and know how to scan tickets.
Test Scans: Run a quick test — scan a ticket or two just to make sure everything’s synced and ready.
Backup Ready: Keep a hotspot or secondary device nearby in case of slow WiFi (S34T can still validate offline).
Marketing Live: Confirm your event link and social posts are active so fans can grab tickets early.
Game Faces On: Smile, relax, and let S34T handle the chaos — you’ve already done the hard part.
